AMSR is a weird phenomenon that has the world wondering why it happens to certain people. If you’re not familiar with it, ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Median Response, meaning that certain people feel ‘tingling’ sensations in their brain when hearing certain noises.

It makes the brain very excited (if you see what I’m getting at) and can be very relaxing for people like me and send them off to sleep. There’s lots of different forms of ASMR, including role-plays and tapping noises. Just search on YouTube and see what options there are: doctor’s appointments role-plays and sleep clinics, as well as many others.

Each video lasts at least 10 minutes, some even hours; but that means the brain can have some relaxing time. Read up on the science of ASMR HERE and see whether the video below excites your brain like it does mine.

Are you susceptible to ASMR? Does the video excite your brain? Let me know.

Happy Listening!
